At Shereedee Designs, I want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. This policy explains how shipping works for both physical and digital products.
1. Ready-Made & Handmade Clothing
• Processing time: Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 3–5
business days of purchase.
• Custom orders: Processing timeframes vary depending on fabric availability and
sewing queue. Estimated completion time will be provided when you place your order.
• Packaging: All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to protect your order
during transit.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Flat-rate shipping will be calculated at checkout.
• Options may include:
• Standard shipping (with tracking)
• Express shipping (with tracking)
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
3. Local Pickup
• Free local pickup is available in Maryborough, QLD by appointment.
• Please choose Local Pickup at checkout and I’ll contact you to arrange a time.
4. Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)
• Standard: 3–10 business days within Australia.
• Express: 1–4 business days within Australia.
• Rural/remote areas may take longer.
• International shipping is not currently offered (please enquire if needed).
5. Delays & Responsibility
• Shereedee Designs is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post,
customs, or external events once the order has been lodged.
• If your parcel is lost or delayed, I’ll help you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
6. Digital Designs (Licensing)
• Digital products are delivered instantly via download link after payment.
• No physical product will be shipped.
