Refund Policy 

At Shereedee Designs, each piece and design is created with care. This policy explains when
refunds, returns, and exchanges apply in line with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Ready-Made & Handmade Clothing
• Change of mind – Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for
change of mind, wrong size ordered, or if you simply no longer want the item.
• Faulty items – If your item has a major fault, is not as described, or does not
meet acceptable quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under
Australian Consumer Law. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos
of the issue.
• Fit issues – Each handmade item includes detailed size guides. Please
double-check your measurements before ordering.


2. Custom Orders
• As custom pieces are handmade to your specifications, they cannot be
refunded or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or design preferences.
• Refunds or adjustments are only available if the item is faulty under
Australian Consumer Law.

3. Digital Designs (Licensing)
• Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds or exchanges are
available once files have been downloaded.
• Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have
trouble accessing your files, contact me and I’ll make sure you receive your
purchase.

4. Timeframes & Process
• If you believe you are entitled to a refund or replacement, please email
shereedee.designs@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping (if required) is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item
is confirmed faulty.
• Shereedee Designs does not take responsibility for items lost in return
shipping.
