Bookings, Cancelations and Waitlist Policy

Bookings

  • All bookings for Shereedee Designs workshops or creative sessions must be made through the official website booking form or via direct email confirmation.

  • Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

  • Workshop bookings are available for early learning centres, schools, and community groups within the Maryborough region and surrounding areas.

  • Please provide accurate participant numbers, preferred dates, and any accessibility or setup considerations when submitting your booking request.

Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your workshop date.

  • Payment can be made via invoice (EFT), PayPal, or through the secure checkout on the Shereedee Designs website.

  • Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • For community sessions or funded programs, alternate payment arrangements may be made upon request and agreement.

Cancellations

I understand that plans can change — I just ask for as much notice as possible so materials and preparation time aren’t wasted.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days prior will receive a 50% refund or may transfer the booking to a new date (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and preparation will already be complete.

  • If a session must be postponed due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Waitlist Policy

  • If a workshop date is fully booked, you can request to join the waitlist via the booking form or email.

  • Waitlisted centres or participants will be contacted in order of enquiry if a spot becomes available.

  • Waitlisted requests will be held for up to 30 days, after which a new enquiry may be required if no space becomes available.

Rescheduling & Modifications

  • Minor changes (such as participant numbers, session start times, or location details) can be made up to 7 days before the workshop.

  • If additional participants are added, an updated invoice will be issued.

  • Setup and pack-down times are included in the booking duration to ensure smooth delivery of the session.

Non-Attendance

If a confirmed group or participant fails to attend without notice, the session will still be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

Workshop Delivery Conditions

  • All equipment and materials are supplied by Shereedee Designs.

  • A suitable, safe indoor space with table access and power (for the sewing machine) is required.

  • Observing children are always supervised by centre staff — the sewing machine is operated by Deahnna only.

  • Photos may be taken during workshops only with the centre’s permission.
