Welcome to Shereedee Designs. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information
• This website is operated by Shereedee Designs (ABN: 29 670 216 899), based in
Maryborough, QLD.
• All products are handmade or digitally created by Deahnna Sheree Dunstan
unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are listed in AUD and may be updated without notice.

2. Ordering & Payment
• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Payment methods accepted include PayPal, credit/debit cards, or other options
provided at checkout.
• For custom orders, payment in full is required before materials are purchased
and production begins.

3. Handmade & Ready-Made Items
• Due to the handmade nature of products, slight variations may occur (e.g.,
fabric placement, stitching). These are not considered faults.
• Please review size charts carefully before ordering. I cannot guarantee fit if
measurements provided are incorrect.
• Colours may appear differently across screens and devices.

4. Custom Orders
• Custom pieces are made to your specifications and cannot be refunded or
exchanged for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or design preferences.
• Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of order, but delays may occur
due to fabric availability or supplier issues.
• Any changes to a custom order must be requested in writing within 24 hours of
payment.

5. Digital Designs (Licensing)
• All digital files are provided as high-resolution PNG or JPEG files (300 DPI).
• Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, small business license for
personal or limited commercial use (as outlined in the listing).
• You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files themselves.
• Extended or exclusive licenses are available upon request. Please contact me
directly.

6. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged.
• Tracking will be provided where available.
• Local pickup in Maryborough, QLD is available by appointment.
• Shereedee Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or
customs.

7. Refunds & Returns
• Refunds and exchanges are only available in accordance with Australian
Consumer Law.
• No refunds are offered for change of mind or digital design purchases.
• Please see the Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property
• All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Shereedee
Designs unless otherwise credited.
• Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) is acknowledged and
respected in all designs. Customers must use digital designs respectfully and in line with provided license terms.

9. Privacy
• Personal information provided (name, email, address, payment details) is used
solely for processing your order.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill
your order (e.g., postal services).
